Automation Studio / Trust and results
Built so you can check it.
An automation is only useful if you can limit what it may do, see what it did, and measure whether it helped. This page covers all three.
Safeguards
Limits that are part of the design.
Human-only topics
Cost, financing, clinical advice, prescriptions and complaints always go to your staff.
Honest identity
The AI says it is a virtual assistant. It never imitates a member of your staff.
Minimal message content
Outbound texts carry as little personal detail as possible.
Activity log
Every automated action and every access to customer data is recorded.
Customer separation
Each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's.
Healthcare agreements
Signed agreements with each vendor that handles patient data.
You can read back everything it did.
The activity log lists each automated action in order, next to what your staff did. If a customer asks what happened, the answer is one search away.
For healthcare customers the studio is designed for HIPAA requirements.

Before go-live we record how your front office performs today. Every result after that is shown next to it, so you can see what changed.

And one report your team reads every morning.
The morning briefing shows the day ahead, what was handled since yesterday, and the few items that need a person.
Questions
What owners ask first.
- Do we have to replace our software?
- No. The studio reads from and writes back to the system you already use, and that system stays the source of truth.
- Will it pretend to be one of our staff?
- No. It says it is a virtual assistant. A customer can ask for a person at any point and will be transferred.
- What happens when it is not sure?
- It does not guess. An unclear message becomes a draft for your staff, or goes to the staff console with the conversation attached.
- Can it talk about prices or payment plans?
- No. Cost, financing and insurance guarantees are locked to your staff. The assistant offers to connect the customer with the right person.
- Can we change the wording?
- Yes. Every message and sequence step can be edited, and every change is versioned so you can roll it back.
- Does it write clinical notes or charts?
- No. Clinical documentation and charting stay in your own software. The studio works on the front office.
